Oranje Print and Packaging. Worked here for nearly 7 years. I liaise with clients with regards to delivery deadlines and progress of their respective print jobs. I assist the production manager to priorities new work received and follow urgent jobs though the process till delivery. I oversee packaging of all finished printed products, the delivery drivers’ routes and communicate their respective duties with them, compile their Proof of Delivery notes for each day’s deliveries and stock that needs to be collected. Our company services the entire Eastern Free State as well as the whole of Gauteng I handle a high volume of enquiry emails and reply within a timely fashion.
In 2018 our company was ISO 9001 certified, I was in charge of the dispatch departments implementation of the Quality Management System which involves a large amount of clerical work, the company was recertified in June 2019, and November 2022. We were also certified as FSSC 22000 for Food safety.
Our company also manufactures paper straws and cups which are food safety products, I oversee capturing the daily production numbers, stock control, labelling, prioritising urgent lines and dispatching of finished items.
