  • Tracking of Skills Development Levy payments and all SETA’s payments and reimbursements 
  • Tracking BBBEE Scorecard
  • Knowledge of the adult learning styles and training methodologies available.
  • Understand training approaches, training designs, tailored training and appreciation of challenges faced trainers
  • Clearly understand full Training Cycle –. Analysis - this is where a Training Needs Analysis is performed. Design - design the training framework (model). Development – develop the framework into a training product (courseware). Implement – deliver the training. Evaluation – in each stage of the process, evaluation and audit trails are necessary.
  • Excellent consultancy skills
  • Ambassador of training & development and Skills Development; able promote new approaches to training, learning and development as appropriately.
  • Knowledge of training and development processes, the business acumen with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
