I started my career as a Sales Consultant at ABSA in 2002. This provided me with an overall insight into the Financial Industry and its product offerings. Thereafter, I became a Business Analyst and Private Banker within the Private Banking Department. Here, I was introduced to the importance of relationship building and how to maintain and enrich relationships with relevant stakeholders. As a result of a job opportunity (within ABSA), I then relocated to Nelspruit and started my new role as a Business Development Officer. Seeking new business and maintaining existing business within the Home Loans Department. This was challenging as this was a newly established role and I was not familiar with the Nelspruit area, but I was up for the challenge. It offered so many career lessons and personal growth, a learning curve I appreciate until today. I then became a Home Loan Express Agent - focusing mainly on the end-to-end process of the financing of home loans within ABSA. As you will note, I also have experience with the operations at Nedbank in a similar role prior to joining the IBO team (Eeld Consulting Pty Ltd) in 2013 as a Key Account Manager. My brief employment at ADvTECH also served as a learning curve because I realized that mundane routine daily work is not of interest to me - I seek a challenge. During my time at IBO, one of my personal focusses was that of expanding my family and I have since added 2 busy boys to join their sister in our now complete family. I seek a new opportunity and eager to expand my skill set and knowledge. I was fortunate to be offered a position as Senior Manager:  Sales & Service Enablement at Access Bank PLC.  During this time, I have gained many skills mainly focusing on MIS Reporting, working closely with the branches on a national level to assist in obtaining sales.  I also had the pleasure to stand in for the National Manager:  Branch Banking, when he was on leave.

As I have mostly worked on a commission basis, I am self-driven and maintain a high level of accountability.
