Hi, my name is Tamlin Doll. I am 22 years old. I am an entry level IT technician with 2 years of experience. My experience is very limited but I'm looking forward to enhancing and growing in my current skill set.
I have excellent analytical and organizational skills. I am a driven and self-motivated individual that always gives 100% in everything I do. 
I have additional qualifications that I have obtained in IT as well, such as:

●Microsoft Certification for Installation, Storage and Compute with Windows Server 2016
●Microsoft 365 Identity and Services
●National Certificate: Information Technology: Systems Support NQF Level 5

I am currently looking for a Junior role within the IT Industry where I can maintain my track record, deliver similar or even more improved results complementing my skill set.

JAN 2020 – APRIL 2020 Mustek Limited - Switchboard Operator - Key responsibilities: Transferring inbound calls to the appropriate person or department. Taking down and passing on messages where necessary and updating the company’s internal telephone directory. 

MARCH 2021 – SEPT 2021 Everest Primary School - Assistant Teacher - Key responsibilities: I was appointed to assist GDE educators in class. My role was to get learners to adhere to the Covid protocols put in place by the school Principal as well as assess learners work ethic, performance, and behavior, and give them lessons and assessments in the subject Mathematics. 

NOV 2021 – MARCH 2022 Bongani Rainmaker Logistics - Production Technician – Key responsibilities: As a Production Technician I assembled and tested new devices for schools all around Gauteng and made sure they that the devices are well marketed to go out for dispatch. Imaging, loading content and ensuring the quality and functionality of the devices. 

JAN 2023 – MARCH 2023 Dr. Alexanders Practice – Personal Admin Assistant - Key responsibilities: Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties. Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations. Planning yearly schedule, entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records. Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making calls to medical aids for patient confirmation. 

JUNE 2023 – CURRENT Startek – Technical Support Agent for Telkom – Key responsibilities: Manage, maintain, and repair IT systems. My responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, configuring hardware remotely, troubleshooting technical issues telephonically, speaking to customers, provide customer service and resolving email queries (server settings).
