I have developed sound mathematical and GIS understanding as well as of Data Analysis concepts. I am comfortable in the ESRI Software Suite and posses a good foundation of the Python coding language. I am also currently enrolled in both a Data Science and SQL online course. I value collaboration, the exchanging of ideas and creativity. I am organized and flexible, I manage my time well and pay keen attention to detail.

Education

I will be graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics from the University of Cape Town in December 2023. I majored in Environmental and Geographical Sciences, with my final research project focused on climate research, which modelled the expected increase of wildfire events in the Western Cape using GIS methods and software.
