About Tambudzayi Godfrey Musabayana:

I have recently completed my PhD studies and the rigorous journey has molded me into a self-believing hard worker who can push for results. I strongly believe that if I am accorded a chance to work for an organization that is goal oriented, I will add value to the growth and development of the organisation due to the vast experience that I have acquired over the ten years I have been working in various fields. I am ambitious for results and to leave a positive mark whenever I get an opportunity.

Experience

I am currently employed by Tafany College Enterprises, which is a tertiary college where I am employed as a lecturer in Business Management. I started working for this organization since 1 December 2015. My key result areas among other duties include: Developing of the teaching learning materials. Engaging in teaching and learning activities. Developing the organisation’s Strategic Plan. Monitor the business performance and recommend areas for growth and development. Manage activities related to service delivery of the organisation. Lead the research and development activities of the organisation.
