Verifying and Capturing documents, stock code creation, stock take, setting up new stores, training staff, taking minutes, invoicing, and quoting customers, manager admin staff. Balancing float, credit notes, filing, switchboard, ordering stock from suppliers, organizing deliveries, and contacting customers to arrange for delivery, sending signed PODs to customers when deliveries are complete, receiving of stock. Assisting with drawing of statements for debtors, allocating payments to creditors and debtors, running, and managing e-commerce shop.
