Logistics Administration.
- Execution of all logistic operational admin related functions
- To strictly adhere to process and procedure to enable logistics function to effectively manage supply chain function. 
- Uniform, PPE and stationary ordering, receipt and dispatching.

Duties.

- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
- Keep logs and records of equipment, uniforms, and stationery.
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, and customers.
- Place orders of equipment, uniforms, and stationery 
- Coordinate and track movement of goods between supplier and clients.
- Couriering parcels to sites and other regions.
- Plan, organize, control, and facilitate implementation plan for new sites for equipment, stationery and uniforms.
- Process all invoices.
- Responsible for all admin related work, includes records, control registers, asset register, stock control and storages.

ISO 9001; 14001;45001 & ISO 18788 - Quality, Environmental and Health &
Safety Standards, SOMS.
- Adhere to the Thorburn SOMS, Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Management System's Policies & Procedures as applicable to this position.

Fleet Management
- Oversee fleet management including reporting, cost savings and vehicle exchange/movements.
- Assist with relations with Tsebo leasing vehicle specifications, pricing, vehicle maintenance, quotations, orders.
- Responsible for Vehicle returns and movements
- Oversee Northern Central, and Northern Mining fleet management ensuring weekly inspections on CiiMS including maintenance. 
- Assistance with accident evaluation and reporting 
- Review, analyze and report major variances on Kilometer Readings.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly Northern Central and Mining vehicle Kilometer report
