I am a seasoned Risk Management professional. At the beginning of my career in Risk Management (post SAICA articles), I worked extensively with developing Risk Management Frameworks and policies as well as embedding these into the organisation. I have also been exposed to collating, analysis, and reporting on key risk indicators and loss data. I have worked as a Risk Analyst supporting business at group level supporting the Operational Risk functions in business in embedding the Operational Risk Framework and as an Internal Auditor conducting risk-based audit on Risk Management processes and measurement systems, for both business units and an independent risk function i.e. Group Risk. I have also participated in combined assurance committees. I have experience in both public and private sector
