Takalani Ramutshila

I am a 40 year old female. Currently  working as a Senior Mitigation Consultant in the Legal Recoveries Department. I have been in the position for 3 years. I  started working  as Claims Assessor in the Claims Department for 8 years and them moved to become Salvages Administrator in the Business Rescue and Liquidation Department before I started working as a Senior Mitigation Consultant. 

I have good inter-personal skills as I have worked in different departments and dealing with different customers needs. I have gained a lot of listening skills and analytical skills. Excellent communications skills, problem solving and interaction skills. 

I am passionate about learning new skills and challenges. I love coaching and seeing the best out of people.

I have been working for Credit Guarantee Insurance Corporation for the past 14 years, started as  Claims Assseor, moved to a Salvages Administrator and now I am working as  Senior Mitigation Consultant. 

I have recently obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management from University of South Africa. I also have a BCom Financial Management.
