To whom it may concern,
I am Tailah Murphy and I am 25 years old, and I have a son who is 3 years old. He is currently in school so he wont be a problem. I am currently staying in Cape Town. I have been blessed to speak 3 languages 3rd is Xhosa. I
am looking for any available vacancies.
I am a hardworking, respectful, friendly, determined and considerate professional who
actively contributes to creating a pleasant and successful working environment. I have
worked at a fitness center as a receptionist for 8 months and I have worked 10 months in the
Debt Collecting industry as a Debt Collector Call Centre Agent. I also worked at Cyber
Finance as a debt counsellor and at Crescent Lifestyle as a sales call center agent. I am
computer literate. I recently completed a 4 months contract at Athlone North Primary School
as a teachers’ assistant, admin clerk and a data capture. Currently I am working at WNS on a
UK Office Depot campaign as a customer service and sales consultant. I always strive to
give my best and provide satisfactory results. I also aim to maintain an exemplary record of
attained targets.
I enjoy providing satisfactory customer service delivery - it enables me to see the result of the
work I put in and in turn, helps me identify areas that require work. I enjoy learning and
discovering my potential on a daily basis .I maintain that I am a work in progress and I am
always working on self-improvement.
I believe in taking initiative and thinking out of the box. I work well in a team and I always
contribute actively to motivating the team and reaching team targets. I find positive ways to
stay motivated and driven, which allows me to always give my best. I enjoy helping others
and sharing my knowledge as it allows me to practice what I’ve learnt and teaches me what I
have not learnt.
I appreciate constructive criticism and use it to improve myself. I enjoy seeing things from a
different perspective and keeping an open mind. I try to maintain a neutral character as it
avoids me from becoming distracted or influenced negatively. I believe in expressing my
concerns and I am not afraid to ask questions.
I believe I will be an asset to your company because not only do I display a professional,
contributing character, but I am driven to always give the best results. I am considerate of
others but I am also honest. I am loyal to the brand I work for and my adherence report is
flawless. My performance report shows my determination and hard work and my personal
portfolio shows my commitment to maintain an exemplary track record overall.
