I am currently unemployed and back in the market looking for a Reception/Admin post.I have approximately 10 years experience in Frontline Reception as well as large switchboard .

My most recent position was a Customer Relations Consultant which I have more than 6 years experience in .My day included making sure the integrity of information is correct and accurate ,forming and building relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met with regard to all aspects of their vehicle needs.

Other experience I have is switchboard and reception duties which include answering and screening calls on large switchboards,capturing accurate messages ,filing ,admin ,couriers and any other related tasks that were assigned to me .

I matriculated in 1998 from Livingstone High school and have done a short course as a Telephonist through a previous employee.
