Submit signed off awop close out to HR Coordinator 

Ensure that employees without proof  are disciplined and early leavers  are disciplined 

Update  sick leave tracker on daily  basis 

Book fitness to work query for sick leave abusers

Ensure that  legals e.medical,training, work permit, first aid are booked in advance 

Assist by booking accommodations 

Assist  by filling  benefit forms 

Ensure that files are updated and have all legals inside
