At current I manage a team of 10 members. I am responsible for the supervisorial duties as well as the production planning for the team. I have 3+ years experience in this position. Duties include :

Kaizen implementation

4s implementation

Daily audit on team members

Production planning with Toyota South Africa management

Stock controlling regarding consumables and production

Job card data capturing

Quality control implementation

Time and shift management for team members

I have completed my Higher certificate in Accounting Science through The University of South Africa in 2021.

At current I am moving on to my final year(2024) in attainting my bachelor's degree in Business Administration through The University of South Africa.

I also attained my Frst Aid Level 1 through First Aid Priority in the year 2023
