I have always had a passion for working in the admin/training industry field; during my previous position as training administrator coordinator, I quickly developed skills in management and feedback from my managers backs this up. In addition, the work experience I gained has enabled me to build and practice skills in essential areas such as critical thinking and decision making. 

I am a dedicated, organized and methodical individual. I have good interpersonal skills, am an excellent team worker and am keen and very willing to learn and develop new skills. I am reliable and dependable and often seek new responsibilities within a wide range of employment areas.

Creating and implementing training programs, maintaining training record, preparing and disseminating materials, handling accounts receivable and invoices, resolving issues, submitting training reports to upper management

Education

Updating an organization’s training programs for clerical, supervisory, and lower-level management personnel. 

  • Participating in the planning, creation and implementation of training programs, bookings, and setting up classrooms and training venues, managing schedules, records and accounts that are receivable, and several other daily duties as required by the management. 
  • Researching, planning and coordinating classes, training programs, seminars, and conferences for all levels of management personnel in the organization. 
  • Booking and reaching out to attendees / scheduling the appropriate classroom and ensuring that physical setup or equipment such as audio-visual equipment are well prepared.
  • Participating in the planning, development, creation, and implementation of training programs
  • Maintaining up-to-date, correct, and accurate training records, such as trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets, and so on
  • Booking classrooms or other appropriate venues and ensuring that they are properly set up
  • Overseeing the preparation and dissemination of materials such as instructional notes, feedback forms.
  • Handling and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Gathering, filing, and submitting reports as they come up on site.
  • Ensuring that employees and vendors follow established guidelines and policies. 
  • Complete the employment equity and reporting process for an organisation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and adequate knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Supervision of the training activities in the Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Fourways, Krugersdorp, Eden Meander, Kimberly, Boksburg, Hartbeespoortdam.
  • Compile the prescribed skills development plans and reports and submit them to the relevant authority, e.g. the Mandatory Grant application.
  • Compile job descriptions and profiles where necessary.
  • Liaise with SETAs and other external bodies regarding skills development opportunities and requirements within the sector.
  • Assisting all Assessors, Facilitators and Moderators monthly invoicing 
  • Compile the EE forms and submit to the DOL.
  • Preparation for verification visit from the SETA’s. Get Admin file preparations for verifications.
  • Bookings / collections for couriers
  • Manage kitchen stock for training conducted on a monthly basic.
  • Spreadsheet Databasing.
  • Capturing of Learnership Agreements / Skills Programmes / SP02 form’s (captured estimate 6000 learners on system for various clients) Ensure that learner records are properly and safely stored.
  • Receive, acknowledge, and record Learner registration applications for self-funded and SETA funded programmes.
  • Record and track all documentation received in the incoming register / Keep track of all databases.
  • Record and track learner registrations returned for updating or amendment.
  • Administer the learner replacements, withdrawals and drop out data and maintain it on the system.
  • Skills Program 1 / Skills Program 2 / Skills Program 3
  • General Security Practical / Further educational: Specialist Security Practices programmes.
  • National Certificate: Roadworks (CETA Seta) 
  • National Certificate: Health and Safety (CETA Seta)
  • Scanning / Printing 
  • Completing of Learnership Agreements / SP02 forms / SP01 forms /Terminations / QA01 forms etc.
  • Discretionary Grant – Applications / Maintain / Verification / Bookings etc. 
  • SASSETA (Safety and Security Sector Education and Training Authority) 
  • CETA (Construction Education & Training Authority)
  • Conduction of induction of SASSETA Agreement 
  • Assisting learners with portfolio of evidence 
  • Assisting of Assessors and Moderators Reports for verifications.
