Duties:
Accountable for: 24x7 surveillance on the Liquid Satelite network.
Monitor systems ensuring network is stable and 99.95 availability is achieved
Log faults, update trouble tickets and perform escalations
Perform 1st level and assist I the 2nd level troubleshooting, ensure that MTTR is achieved
Update customers on the progress of fault resolution, provide performance statistics reports
Update database, write daily report, save and backup databases
Key decisions:
React to all events (both service affecting and non-service affecting) within the prescribed time
Interact with customer to ensure timely and accurate information flow between the SCC and
Customer with a view to satisfying customer expectations of a world class service offering.



Electronic manufacturing programming and testing and repairing of PCB’s
Also supervising production line. Getting all the products ready from manufacturing to delivery to
customer. Testing involved using measuring instruments test jigs power supplies. Working
with a production line to ensure that products are delivered on time to the client.
100 % testing was done on all of the products to ensure the quality of the products.
