Stephen Sehlwane

I Stephen Sehlwane have a B-degree in Human resources management, Diploma in HRM and many other educational qualifications. I have 17 years of experience in human resources management and development working in the public sector, I'm currently acting as corporate service manager in the health environment working in the hospital. My duties include among others, recruitment and selection, performance management, labour relations, training and development, succession plan, human resource plan, strategic planning, development of procurement plan and operational plan of the section , skills analysis and managing bursaries. My passion is all about people, this is in relation to the human resources course that I have obtained since it deals with people. I  have been working in the public sector for a long time, therefore I need more challenging jobs particularly in the private sector where I had little exposure since i only worked for few years. My skills includes among others, Management, leadership, communication, facilitation, team player, be able to work independently and project management.
