In my 18-year career within the South African manufacturing industry I have been exposed to various parts of the product value chain, from design, management of CMT’s and production planning and management.

In my experience I have built confidence and understanding in garment construction and fabrics, enabling me to source and produce garments with excellence in quality and on time delivery. Through creative thinking and using initiative, I am agile and apply myself in challenging situations to come up with solutions or ways for improvement.

I have a passion to develop and coach people to extract their strengths and enable them to be the best versions of themselves while maximizing their achievements with the resources available to them.

I am creative by nature and have a passion for the development of people in lesser developed area
