About Stacy-Lee Sigamoney:

Hard-working, highly-motivated doctor with experience in clinical research and
HIV-medicine; with her Masters in Medical Pharmacology (MPharmMed). Interested in
treating patients at a primary health care level, using what I have learnt in research to
manage my patients in a holistic manner.

Experience

I complete my Internship at Helen Joseph Hospital and Rahima Moosa Hospital. I completed my Community Service at Dobsonville Clinic. I then spent time as a general practitioner, returning to the Public Sector at an HIV Clinic. I then did Research for three years, worked at a stem cell industry for a while until returning to General practitioner work for 3 years. Thereafter, I did Research for two years. I'm looking to get back into Clinical Medicine and interact with patients once again. Research will always be a passion of mine as well.

Education

I matriculated from Waverley Girls'High School in 2004. I received my MBBCH/medical degree from WITS thereafter and qualified in 2010. I then did my Masters in Medical Pharmacology which I completed in 2017.
