Pestrus Sphiwe Mathebula is a qualified Mechanical Fitter trade test under section 13 (qualified in 2009) and 1st Line Management Certificate in 2012, and N5 Mechanical Engineering.

He has plenty experience on Running plants, Maintenance work, Construction, underground mining and workshop mechanical field

Experience in plant maintenance duties and dealing with pressure, repairing different mechanical components such as pumps, valves, gearboxes, grind Mills, rollers, coolers, mill tables and etc. as a mechanical fitter artisan

Leadership capabilities when he resumes his duties as mechanical foreman and supervisor respectively. Mr.Mathebula is currently working as a maintenance coordinator at Tongaat Hullets Starch, now Known as Barloworld IngrainSA since October 2019, managing Boiler plant, Maize intake, Sulphur, Steeps and Co-Products, Mr. Mathebula is currently working for Murray and Roberts as a Snr Mechanical Engineering Foreman at Venetia Diamond mine since April 4, 2022 to date .
