As the professional experienced (Department of Social Development) community development Practitioner my role and duties was to Supervise, Co-ordinate and capacitated local NPOs (community members), conduct workshops in public sectors (schools, clinics, hospitals, community halls), conduct awareness campaigns, community profiling and mobilization (screening issues within the community and liason to relevent stakeholders or departments /municipality. Evaluate and monitor the operation of community projects (project management) assist with the utilization of funds. Conduct administration duty, (Microsoft office_report writing, minutes, emails, funding proposals, project proposals, Microsoft Excel _data capturing and quatations and budgeting, Powerpoint _creating Manuals, slides presentations) printing, scanning, filling, photocopying, ensure to report all the work to the office manager as a POE
