Sphelele Bulose

I am a Food and Nutrition Graduand who is more pationate about the health and safety of the food production. I have work in department of health where I delt with stock taking and controlling and I am currently working as an intern at department of Education under Nutrition where I am also practicing the good procedures of handling food. I am a hard worker,self driven person, team worker always hungry for new challenges and always willing to learn.

I did my work integrated learning at Department of Health King Edward Hospital where I worked as food service aid supervisor .my duties were Administrative ,the controlling of stock , teaching the importance of Food safety, counting every meal that is leaving the kitchen.

I am now currently working as an intern in department of education under Nutrition where I am dealing with administrative duties, claims and the controlling of Food products that service providers deliver to schools

I have matric which I obtain in 2014 at Luthayi high school and furthered my studies of Consumer Sciences Food and Nutrition at Durban University of Technology.
