I have been in the the Employee Benefits Field for 40 years, having started in the ranks of clerk to Manager and learning the administration aspect of Employee Benefits. I managed various teams depending on the company within the scope of Employee Benefit administration.

Experience

As a team player, and in keeping with the principles of TCF(Treating Customers Fairly) both internally and externally, dedication and commitment to both are key. Having being in the industry for many years , my experience is of high caliber, and I believe there is very little that I have not learnt within the industry. Added to this I was fortunate to be a key player and held a key role in the various companies that employed me. I regards myself a an asset to any company.

Education

All the years in the industry has been my greatest achievement with regards to relevant education. However, I matriculated many years ago. Apart from internal courses, I recently qualified as a teacher as well as a Transcriber.
