About Sophie Schouw :

I am Bilingual, i am fluent in English, Afrikaans and Xhosa. I am 30 years old. I am a mom to 2 beautiful boys, I am currently employed at Capita for 9 years. I started my journey as a customer experienced advisor for 6 year's, thereafter got promoted 3 years ago to a Team leader. Customer service is one of my strongest skills, I love working with people and meeting new people. 

Experience

My role as a team leader, relationship building, creating a team dedicated to serving customers with industry leading customer service and working together to achieve both customer and company goals.

Developing and coaching team members to ensure they can deal with customers,providing excellent communication skills, trouble shooting, complaint management and first time resolution.

Effectively delivering company/client messages and articulating performance requirements through both team and 1:1 session.

Support and manage individual and team level attendance and contribute to retention strategies. 

Education

I matriculated in 2012. I completed a course, Generic management NQF level 4 through SETA in 2018.
