About Sophie Schouw :
I am Bilingual, i am fluent in English, Afrikaans and Xhosa. I am 30 years old. I am a mom to 2 beautiful boys, I am currently employed at Capita for 9 years. I started my journey as a customer experienced advisor for 6 year's, thereafter got promoted 3 years ago to a Team leader. Customer service is one of my strongest skills, I love working with people and meeting new people.
