I am employed in the Maintenance & Engineering Department, which is responsible for maintaining and optimising plant systems and equipment to ensure stable production. I started out at the company as an apprentice / In- service Trainee, but once I qualified and due to my good performance, I attained the position of Electrical Artisan (Maintenance section)
- Management of machine spares in area of responsibility
- Tracking of periodical maintenance and scheduled work
- Maintaining and optimising plant systems and equipment
- Fault-finding and problem solving on major breakdowns
- Involvement in upgrades and new equipment
- Contractor supervision
- Recurring Problem investigation and permanent countermeasure
- Commissioning of new systems.
- Ensuring Continuous Improvement
- Training and human development of junior artisans and trainees

An individual who believes in working hard to achieve his goals. I am an ambitious, self-motivated and I always pride myself in being dedicated and my ability of working well under pressure and still producing work in the most accurate manner. Experienced Senior Electrical Artisan with 15 years of experience and demonstrated history of working in the oil & energy industry. Skilled in AutoCAD, Petroleum, Heavy Equipment, Electrical Wiring, Electrical installation, Electrical faultfinding and Inspection. Moreover, I work well in a team, with impeccable time management skills, ensuring to always meet deadlines.
I am currently looking for opportunities which will provide career advancement, with the chance to use and contribute my skills and theoretical knowledge in a practical space.
