I am a Black woman and am well experienced in customer-related matters and the overall operational overview of the supply chain industry (FMCG) Majority of my working years have been at Nestle SA and Nestle Professional.

My recent employment was at McCormick as Customer Service Coordinator.

Currently, my short-term ambition is to complete studying my “Strategic Supply Chain Degree”. I am energetic and work well under pressure, I look forward to growing my career path as I am ready to explore new avenues of my career and get as far ahead as I possibly can.

• Manage sales order processing for an assigned portfolio of accounts, maintaining the highest possible service levels while keeping costs to a minimum
• Maintain key reports of the Customer Service Department to ensure continued customer service excellence to both internal and external customers
• Manage all export customers and be the Export Centre of Excellence for the business.
• Process orders to ensure timely and correct delivery to customers
• Process credit claims for assigned accounts, to ensure the prompt payment of invoices
• Liaison with third party distributors, by actioning delivery queries, so supply is maintained
• Monitor service levels on key assigned accounts
• Act as a single point of contact for key assigned accounts and manage all queries and complaints with clear communication, incl. all export customers
• Overseeing that customer reports (SOH, OO, etc.) are sent out weekly to all customers
• Weekly & Monthly business wide reporting of the Customer Service Level (OTIF)
• Cross functional coordination to eradicate the issues affecting the CS targets, in a cost-effective way
• Providing the Daily Sales Report as well as the weekly Sales Estimation to the business based on Sales, Open Orders & customer insights
• Any other duties that may be required of you from time to time to for full the business needs
