 I have over 10 years of experience at supervisory and management level, 10 years control room manager and administration of listener and four years’ experience as a Vehicle Controller (Tracker). My experience includes managing surveillance and Training of the team members, assist LGFC (Local Guard Force Coordinator) to manage the security contract (G4S), Security Incident Management, assisting LGFC to create Post Orders, assist LGFC to review and verify G4S monthly invoices or billings. I also assisted the LGFC to prepare deduct letters whenever there was deficient Performance. The LGFC and I conducted regular surprise visits at the various guard positions. I know and understand the exhibit A and Local Guard Force (LGF) Contract. I conducted Local Employee Staff (LES) Security briefings and assisted the Reginal Security Officer (RSO) with any LGF issues and incidents. I was involved in the day to day running of LGF operations and I performed LGFC duties when the LGFC was on leave or busy with other operations. I have also gained experience and knowledge with regards to basic alarm trouble shooting.

 I can use my keen innovative analytical abilities to manage daily Surveillance Detection operations and to find solutions for any problems that might arise. I can speedily incorporate and assess real-time threat information and issue orders for the immediate conduct of defensive operations. I enjoy the challenges of working with a talented team. 

I received several award at my previous employment which includes; Meritorious Honor award for exemplary performance during the MSG make Ready and for performance of Local guard Coordinator while still serving as the Surveillance detection Coordinator; Meritorious Honor award for excellent management and coordination of the Mission-wide Surveillance Detection program conversion from a contract program to Personal Services Agreement program while facilitating daily SD operations; Mission Honor Award for exceptional work as the Residential security Coordinator during the busy transfer season; Mission Honor Award for leadership, professionalism, and dedication to duty during the complex and highly visible visit of Former President of the United states Barak Obama to Johannesburg, South Africa in July 2018 where I directly contribute to the overall safety and security of the former President.
