I am kind, friendly and professional in my career. I also believe that we can never escape challenges as they come at times, but we have powers to accept them and apply our good problem-solving skills and conflicts resolutions to enable peace and a healthy productive working environment.

Currently I am working for Palabora Mining Company as the Fulltime Health and Safety Representatives, covering areas like Underground, Vent shaft, Smelter,Refinery,Vermiculite,Magnetite,Supply chain & Logistics, concentrator and all contractors working on the mine. I have more than 16 years working experience which for those, I was involved with DMRE internal audits including the section 65 enquiries. 

I am confident, responsible, hardworking, and dedicated person who is passionate in what I do. I’m a good leader who believes in maintaining good relationship with peoples around me and believe in teamwork. I learn more from others to learn more from me.

I completed my BA in Disaster and Safety Management at Lyceum college.

I have added my qualifications with other courses, such as COMSOC 1&2, Legal Liability, Advanced Incident Investigation and Competent A (Underground)First Aid Level 1, Secondary Blasting Operations for Underground, Skills Programme Occupational Health and Safety and I hold certificates in these training courses.
