- Processing purchase orders, receiving deliveries, ordering supplies when needed, alert managers of any discrepancies and ensuring that payment are made on time.
- Managing staff and compiling weekly/ monthly rosters.

- Invoicing of rentals on SAGE PASTEL system

- Petty cash and E-Wallet reconciliation.
- Manual Calculation of trip sheets and vehicle asset register.
- Reviewing of camera footage for two sites.

- Knowledge of BCX systems and experience with fueling systems.
