As an individual with over 3 years of call center experience both in customer service, retention, sales and both digital and direct marketing. I strive for quality performance while maintaining relevant attitude and adding value by  to utilize my strengths to deliver and create an equal space that improves the relationship between the company and its consumers in a win-win situation.
