Have a 4 years and 7 months experience in the call centre industry, have been an SME, been an acting TL and also have the most productive agent for 3 months in a row. I have worked at CCI for 18 months as an agent, SME and have became an acting manager. Worked for Bespoke for 10 months and enjoyed the workig environment, was an agent and managed to become an SME assisting new people in the business. Worked for Ignition for 15 months as a customerservices agent and a sales agent.

Matriculated at Bechet High 2018. Studied HR for 6 months and dropped out of school due to financial reasons.
