Below I've outline some of my current responsibilities and/or experience:
- Record keeping & Reporting: HSE Compliance Training, On-The-Job Training, Quality & Technical Core Tools Training.
- Ensure compliance with the OHS Act 85 of 1993 and Company standards
- Ensuring the efficient scheduling, booking and communication of meetings, training courses, and that the system is kept up to date.
- Ensure Legal compliance in terms of licensing off moving machine operators. Booking Renewal Training & Annual Medicals.
- Expedient convene/conduct accident and incident investigations/Reports
Experience
Skills:
- Knowledge of the Skills Development Act and relevant related legislation, Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs) & OFO Codes,
- Knowledge & experience of relevant legislation relating to BBBEE and Employment Equity
- OHS Act
- Understanding of training and development best practices
- Competence & experience with the Sage Skills Module or (similar software system)
- Advanced competence in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent administrative and communication skills
- Project Management
