I have a background in administration and sales professionally and as a student. I have experience in finance and insurance, administration, retail and sales. In my free time I volunteer to health facilities and do a bit of charity work with my registered NPO, Thekganang Outreach. 

 Crew Member Burger King Westgate (2017 – 2018)

• I worked as a part of a team in a high-pressure environment due to the large volume of customers to provide quality customer service and maintain quality health standards. 

Student Assistant Wits Development & Leadership Unit (2018 – 2019)

• Tracking and documenting of student progress and liaising with support staff on how to improve the student experience.

Data Capturer and Administrator Hippo Group Logistics (2019 – 2020) 

• With the use of specialized software in the long-haul logistics industry, I was tasked with monitoring, recording and processing activity and entries of field employees.

Sales F&I HeyCarter (2022 - 2023) 

• A highly demanding and performance-based role with a competitive edge. • In this position I was the consumer’s first point of contact in vehicle and insurance sales. 

Barista Fournos Bakery (2023 – 2024) 

• A role that is primarily about non-alcoholic beverage and dessert preparation and service. This involves processes such as product receiving, on-site manufacturing, quality evaluation, stock control, timely and correct presentation, and authentication. • Additional tasks include cleaning and maintenance of food safety and health standards. • This is a technical role that requires focus, attention to detail and speed.
