I am an open minded person who's hungry for knowledge and enjoys solving problems and assisting people. Iv worked at multiple call centre's which makes me a well rounded consultant and understand telephone etiquette. 

Iv worked at multiple call centre's as a sales agent and customer service agent for 2 years so I'm well rounded in telecommunications industry and telephone etiquette. 

I have a degree in Bachelor Of Social Science at University of Kwazulu Natal where i enrolled in sociology and English as an elective module while I majored in Geography and Environmental management
