SIYAMTHANDA BRIDGET Ndawuni

I’m currently studying BA Honours. I have already acquired a degree in Bachelor of Arts with one of my majors being Industrial Psychology. I’m hardworking and a diligent worker and would love this position as it would be of great assistance for my dissertation. I’m compassionate and I enjoy working with people. My experience is limited to being a customer care representative and that experience has taught me to be able to resolve conflict and working with people to find solutions to their problems. 

I’m fresh out of university therefore the only experience I have within my years of studying is being a customer sales representative from December 2021 to March 2022 at Capita. I had a wonderful experience at Capita and learnt a lot from being there. I learned to work in a team. I had to maintain good customer relations and assist customers with their needs. I had to facilitate complaint resolution and help to the best of my abilities. 

I have obtained a Bachelors degree in the faculty of Arts. My majors were Industrial Psychology, Geography and Environmental Science and Langauge and Communication Studies. However I am passionate about Industrial Psychology because I think of it as a combination of business studies and life sciences which were both my favourite subjects in High School. And because of this passion I have decided to further my studies, so I am currently doing my BA Honours with my major being Industrial Psychology.
