I'm an IT Professional with more than 20 years of experience. I have worked for various IT companies throughout my career where I have acquired wealth of knowledge in terms of aligning IT with the strategic direction of any organization, running the operations, ensuring that there are adequate security controls in place to safe guard the intellectual capacity of the organization in terms of protecting data & information. Lastly to ensure that the organization achieves its business mandate.

Proactive nature - suggesting solutions to problems and more efficient workflows and system specifications, effective support and communication. 14 years of management experience afforded me with a strong ability to lead and develop staff efficiently and effectively. Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers & other stakeholders. Evaluating the quality of work while it is in progress and once it is completed. Ensuring continuous follow-up on transactions being processed and measuring the applicable turnaround times as set out in the targets. Display a high level of competency at management level.
