Siwaphiwe Mjamba

I’m a dedicated and adaptable professional with experience in both the hospitality and retail industries. I’ve worked as a waiter at Sanook Restaurant, a back shopper and packer at Makro, and most recently, I was part of the ASAP team at Pick n Pay. Through these roles, I’ve developed strong customer service skills, learned to thrive under pressure, and become an effective team player who can quickly adapt to new environments. I take pride in being reliable, trustworthy, and always open to learning and growing in every situation. Whether supporting customers on the floor or working behind the scenes, I’m committed to delivering high-quality service and adding value to any team I join.

I have hands-on experience in both the hospitality and retail sectors. I started as a waiter at Sanook Restaurant, where I learned customer service and working in fast-paced environments. I then joined Makro as a back shopper and packer, gaining skills in stock handling and teamwork. Most recently, I worked at Pick n Pay (ASAP), focusing on order preparation and timely service. I’m adaptable, dependable, and always eager to learn and grow in every role I take on.

I completed my Grade 12 in 2015 and later enrolled at Fort Hare University to study for a Bachelor of Arts, unfortunatel I didn' complete the studies but I gained valuable academic experience before leaving the program. To strengthen my skills, I completed several online courses in Customer Service, Social Media Marketing, and the Fundamentals of Selling, which have helped me build a strong foundation in communication, marketing, and client engagement.
