I am a highly motivated and progress-focused Engineering professional, who is trained and adept in implementing ISO 9001:2015 QMS Standard and form part of the Internal Auditing team in my current company. I am adept in applying knowledge and experience in ensuring the processes are effective and efficient.  I am well experienced in facilitating the manufacturing process to achieve a product that mirrors the customer requirements and always aim to exceed customer expectations. As a Metrologist/ Quality Assurance & Control professional at Rheinmetall Laingsdale, I developed new methods of gauging and measuring for product quality that reduced defect products substantially. I also contributed trumendously in establishing and shaping of new processes and procedures in my department (Standards Room Lab & Quality Assurance /Control Dept.) within a defined scope. I am well trained and experienced in leading the production and inspection teams, provide training when needed and implement procedures as per the standard's requirements.

I have been working in the engineering industry for roughly 7 years, out of those I've spent roughly 3 years in Quality. I hold N5 in mechanical engineering and 2 modules and I'm awaiting results for the remaining 2 modules to get my N6 in Mechanical engineering. I have a certificate in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System & IATF 16949. I have done a course called Introduction to SAMTRAC which is Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Acts and Regulations.
