I am an organised, efficient and hard working person.I am also willing to discover and accept new ideas which can be put into practice effectively. I am a good listener and learner, able to communicate well with a group and on an individual level. I am able to motivate and direct my talents and skills to meet objectives and i can work well under pressure. I am patient individual who always strives for perfection in everything I do.

I worked at I talk financial services in 01/04/2019  to 30/11/2020 as a customer service agent .My duties  was to  consistently prioritized customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs, resolving issues promptly, and providing clear, concise information. I excel in adapting to various communication styles and maintaining a professional, empathetic demeanor.

I attended Silver Oaks Secondary school and finished My Matriculation in 2017 and i have a National senior Certificate.
