Office Administrator/ Receptionist - Most duties and responsibilities include:
- Managing office equipment i.e. stationery, staff uniform, office consumables, etc.
- Working at switchboard- (screening, answering and forwarding telephone calls)
- Taking down messages and relaying them to staff
- Sending out invoices and PODS and tracking them to make sure client receives them on time.
- Greeting and welcoming clients in a warm and friendly manner at reception
- Liaising with clients on email and telephone
- Working closely with procurement manager – doing POS when she is not at work
- Keeping track of company monthly budgets
