Experience

Office Administrator/ Receptionist - Most duties and responsibilities include:

  • Managing office equipment i.e. stationery, staff uniform, office consumables, etc.
  • Working at switchboard- (screening, answering and forwarding telephone calls)
  • Taking down messages and relaying them to staff
  • Sending out invoices and PODS and tracking them to make sure client receives them on time.
  • Greeting and welcoming clients in a warm and friendly manner at reception
  • Liaising with clients on email and telephone
  • Working closely with procurement manager – doing POS when she is not at work
  • Keeping track of company monthly budgets

Education

Mangosuthu University of Technology- 3 Year National Diploma Office Management and Technology.
