• Registration of files, Capturing Shipping instruction and Cargo Dues.
• Tracking of Shipment and stack dates
• Following up on ANFS, Bills of landing, invoices.
• Arranging customs clearance and release
• Checking vendor invoice and raising queries as required
• Delivery planning and status report updates (tracking)
• Processing of invoice
• Comply with the provision of the customs accreditation system.
• Plan freight movement of cargo.
• Cost freight movement and prepare estimates.
• Always keep clients (internal / external informed)
• Ensure transporters are notified and that deliveries / collections are affected in required time frame.
• Arrange and monitor all inspection applications as per legislative requirements (DAFF, States Vet, NRCS)
• Managing all Import permit applications for Foods as appropriate
• Responsible for various administrative duties and documents control in the sea freight and air freight, include
the following.
• Ensure timely receipt of correct and complete shipping documentation.
• Ensure timely receipt of ANF’s, Release and invoice from the shipping line co-loaders, airlines.
• Responsible for delivering an excellent Ocean and air freight service to client (internal/external) by adhering to
client’s instruction.
