Well my name is Siphamandla Mngolozeli am 29 years old. I matriculated on 2013 then I started my first year in college in 2015 at Northlink college. I would say that Am a person who is diverse,working with different person.I am team player and innovative person who work in a team share ideas,hear other people ideas and make decisions. I have a clear understanding of my strengths and my emotions and understand my limitation.I take punctuality very serious and a person meet deadlines and carry out responsibilities and am a reliable and dependable person which means that you can rely on me and I can work alone without being supervised and I can work under pressure. My passion is that to learn new skills,new experiences gain more knowledge about contact centre. Iam always looking to challenge myself and learn new things, I've learned great communication skills, listening skills and problem solving skills and to be confidence
