Admin Clerk : Payments

Receive orders and invoice. Check orders if the required documents are attached.Compile payment advice for payment processing and ensure that all supporting documents are attached,

Verification of invoices from service providers, Prepare reconciliation of payment account. Ensure that all sundry and credit payments transactions are correctly captured onLogis and BAS. Batch orders to Pre-audit. Assist in attending audit queries and to provide copies of the documents when necessary. Safe keeping and filling of payment advice (batch processing) filling the orders by type disbursement number and payment number. Request disbursement report reconciliation and request for payment for PCCC. Ensure that payments are paid within 30 days limit as per PFMA and Treasury regulations. 

Admin Clerk : Procurement 

Send expenditure approval to be signed by the delegated members. Finding suppliers on CSD. Authorize orders on online Logis.Update and capture orders on Logis system. Request quotation from suppliers.

Sending orders to suppliers to deliver goods.

I studied Financial Management N6 at Lovedale tvet college, my modules were financial accounting, computerised financial system, cost management accounting and income tax. I also studies NQF level 4 in Finance Economics and Accounting
