I clearly already have extensive experience as customer service agent, data capturing and Administration assistance in Export field.

I have more than 10 years in the Rod logistics field and fully understand most processes.

I’m used to dealing directly with clients, developing productive working relationships with clients is one of my strengths.

• Complete all clearing instruction forms for BLNS (Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, and Swaziland) routes (import and export)
• Adhere to all industrial, Federal, country regulation and law 
• Audit invoice details (e.g., correct Vat no, HS code, country of origin and values 
• Ensure that he highest level of data integrity and quality is maintained by processing shipments accurately. 
• Provide follow up on all parcels exceptions and delays until freight is delivered.
• Investigate and resolve customer, internal and external queries.
• Ensure all daily /weekly/monthly reports are submitted in time. 
• Keeping clients informed about any changes in legislation that can affect import and export goods.
• Prepare importation documentation when require.
