Experience
Daily duties include working with the Integrated Tertiary System (ITS), Data capturing, keep and maintain an up-to-date filing system, and processing of verification of student records such as Academic transcripts or Credits certificates for employment purposes. Overseas the Student Records generic email address where all verification requests are received for the division. This includes Qualification Verifications for external companies such as MIE. I was also dealing with the ERP system (SAP) to update student records, place orders externally and internally. Oversee stationery and equipment orders ensure to keep all records for all the orders.
Track and coordinate all IT service requests. Provide support to all system users who encounter challenges during system application (Oracle People Soft, ERP). Corporate closely with the Head of Department in the registrar’s department. Also responsible for administrative aspects relating to special tasks in the office. Communicate with Faculties/Departments regarding the information required by the students and staff during their application process. Assist in all secretarial services and administration to management team meetings for the Head of Department. Perform general IT administration and basic project administration.
