About Sindisiwe vacculess Mdletshe :

Iam an administrative clerk the works directly with patient we capture, retrieve and make patients files for different departments of our clinic or chc as a whole I do all the administration duties. Paper work, stock ordering, writing of minutes for staff meetings, complying of daily and monthly statistics, also responsible of patient record archiving and receiving of J88 forms making sure that doctors signs and fill the forms before police officers collects them for their investigations.

Worked in st Chad's chc from 2013 till 2019 as an executive support service officer

Worked at ladysmith hospital as an x-ray/ultrasound and ctscan clerk 2020 till 2021

Currently working as an administrative clerk in tongaat chc 2021 till date.
