Provide remote desktop support and system monitoring for all national airports,1st and 2and level desktop support(monitoring airport management) systems (AMS operations bridge,Flight information displays,Oracle escalations,hardware and software support.
Active directory (Domain Administration level
Basic Administrative procedure for users within the airport database infrastructure
1st line support for all Cisco IP Phone
Exchange support(troubleshooting all Microsoft exchange servers problem within ACSA database)
Server support -monitoring and remote support of all servers and systems
Installation of all hardware/software device for users
Provide continuous maintenance to all wire centres/ core rooms as to prevent any risk of down-time.
