I started working as a call center agent in 2018 at CCI for an international campaign called talk talktalk ad that is where I found my love for telecommunications. Then I joined then Ignition team in 2020 for a USA sales campaign, I the joined the BPO family in 2021 at CapabilityBpo and work for a USA campaign as well.
