I have worked as a service consultant where my responsibilities included; liaising with clients and customers, resolving customer complaints promptly, Handling telephonic and other enquiries received, collaborating with colleagues and Recording and Reconciling cash and card payments . I have also worked as a general customer attendant, where I was responsible for; Administrative duties, independently solve customer complaints, Weekly Stock taking, Quality control processes and  Cash Float Management.
