In my previous role as a Facilitator Team Trainer at Sibanye Stillwater SA Gold operations, I was responsible for the learning and development of new employees, including contractors and cadets. This experience allowed me to hone my skills in training and mentoring, as well as in building strong relationships with various stakeholders, including suppliers.
